Countdown to Publication will record the journey to the publication of my first novel, Off The Rails. Samuel grows up in the country, his first home being an old railway carriage. The novel tells a deeply inspiring recovery story from early trauma, living in a single parent family, bullying and near-death from attempting suicide. I am a hypnotherapist and end the book with positive suggestions for all those who have suffered or know someone who has.
